適用範圍

本政策適用於「Frieren YouTube Upload」。這是頻道擁有者個人自用的上傳工具，只有擁有者本人使用。

取得的權限

本工具透過 Google OAuth 只要求一項權限：https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload，用途是把擁有者自己的影片上傳到擁有者自己的 YouTube 頻道。本工具不要求讀取頻道內容、電子郵件、聯絡人或任何其他 Google 資料的權限。

資料的使用與保存

• 授權憑證只存放在擁有者自己的電腦上，不上傳到任何伺服器。
• 本工具不收集、不出售、不分享任何個人資料，也不用於廣告或分析。
• 透過 Google API 取得的資料，只用於完成擁有者要求的上傳動作；使用方式遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy，包括有限使用（Limited Use）規定。

撤銷授權

可隨時到 Google 帳戶的第三方存取權頁面 撤銷本工具的存取權。

English summary. This is a personal, single-user upload tool used only by the channel owner. It requests only the youtube.upload scope to upload the owner's own videos to the owner's own channel.
